1. Processing Time
Once you place an order, we take 1-2 business days to pack and dispatch it. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. You'll get an email as soon as your order ships with tracking details.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery time is:
- Mumbai & Thane โ 1-3 business days
- Metro cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) โ 3-5 business days
- Rest of India โ 5-7 business days
- Remote areas โ up to 10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

- COD (Cash on Delivery) โ additional โน49 handling charge
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our website at dripstore.in/track.
Tracking may take 24 hours to update after dispatch.
5. Where We Ship
We currently ship across India only. We're working on international shipping โ if you're outside India and want to order, drop us a message and we'll try to figure something out!
6. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, and Shiprocket to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. The courier assigned depends on your location and availability.
7. Missed Delivery & Returns to Origin
If our courier partner attempts delivery and you're not available, they'll try again 1-2 more times. After that, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges apply.

8. Lost or Damaged in Transit
In the rare case your package is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Just WhatsApp or email us with your order number and photos of the damaged package.
