  • Communication data — if you contact us via email or WhatsApp, we keep records of that conversation to better help you.

We do not collect or store your full card details. Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for things that genuinely help you:

  • To process and deliver your orders
  • To send you order confirmation and shipping updates via email
  • To respond to your queries or complaints
  • To improve our website and your shopping experience
  • To send you occasional offers or new drop announcements (only if you've opted in)

We will never sell your data to third parties. Period.

3. Who We Share Your Data With

We only share your information with services that help us run DRIP Store:

  • Shipping partners — to deliver your orders, we share your name, phone, and address with our courier partners.
  • Payment gateways — your payment details go directly to secure payment processors. We never see your full card number.
  • Email service — we use Gmail to send you order confirmations.

That's it. No marketing agencies, no data brokers, no funny business.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases hosted on MongoDB Atlas with industry-standard security protocols. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

That said, no system is 100% foolproof. If there's ever a data breach that affects you, we'll notify you as soon as we know.

5. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies — mainly to keep your cart saved while you shop. We don't use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. If you clear your browser cookies, your cart may reset, but that's about it.

6. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

  • You can ask us what data we hold about you
  • You can request we delete your data (except for legal/order records we're required to keep)
  • You can opt out of marketing emails any time
