✅ 7-Day Easy Returns

Not happy with your order? No stress. We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked.

1. Return Window

You can raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot process returns unless the item is defective or damaged.

2. What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for:

  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect (torn seam, print issue, etc.)
  • Product arrived damaged
  • You simply changed your mind (eligible for exchange, not refund)

3. What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been washed or worn
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance
  • Custom or personalized orders

4. How to Raise a Return Request

It's simple. Just contact us within 7 days:

  1. WhatsApp or email us at dhirajjadhav@vastrayug.shop
  2. Share your Order Number and a photo of the item (if damaged/defective)
  3. We'll confirm your return request within 24 hours
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to our address in Mumbai, Thane
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • UPI / Bank Transfer — refund within 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card — refund within 5-7 business days (depends on your bank)
  • COD orders — refund via bank transfer/UPI. We'll ask for your account details.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

6. Exchange Policy

Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 7 days. You only pay the return shipping. Once we receive your item, we'll ship the new one free of charge.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll send you a replacement at zero cost — no need to return the original. Just send us a photo and we'll take care of it immediately.

8. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost. For wrong/defective items, we cover the pickup cost. We'll arrange a courier pickup from your address.
